We warmly welcome you to join us for this New moon gathering. This Gemini New Moon is an invitation to shift from an overthinking and critical mind to our receptive, intuitive, listening mind.
We will begin with safely activating our energy and subtle bodies through a set of Kundalini yoga exercises and Kriya for balance and recentering before we dive into our powerful breathwork practice.
The second part of our journey will be a Conscious Connected Breathwork session—a profound breathing technique that helps shift your awareness from the mind and into the emotional body. This practice allows us to complete unfinished emotional cycles, release stored energy or tension, and free ourselves from unconscious blocks. This Breathwork deepens the connection between mind, body, and spirit, fostering a heightened sense of self-awareness, inner peace and deep healing. Throughout this session we’ll breath together to ethereal, curated music to support your journey.
We’ll then seal our practice with a beautiful meditation to reintegrate back into our bodies.
Ceremonial Cacao will be offered in the beginning of your journey.
