We’re on the lookout for passionate Flutter Developers who love solving challenges and building high-performance mobile applications. 💻 Job Details: 👉 Job Nature: Full-time (Desk Job) 👉 Work Schedule: 6 days a week, 9 hours daily (includes a 1-hour meal and rest break) 💸 Salary: 20k - 30k BDT (Based on Skills & Problem-Solving Ability) + Performance Bonus & 2 Festival Bonuses 👉 Compensation & Benefits: Yearly salary review and other benefits as per company policy 👉 Probation Period: 3 months 👉 Location: Banasree, Rampura, Dhaka-1219 ⚙️ Requirements: ✔️ Proficiency in Dart & Flutter framework ✔️ Experience with state management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, etc.) ✔️ Solid understanding of mobile app lifecycle, architecture, and design patterns ✔️ Strong API integration and familiarity with third-party libraries ✔️ Debugging, testing, and deployment expertise for both Android & iOS ✔️ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail ✔️ Ability to work independently and collaboratively ✔️ Proficiency in Git & GitHub for version control and collaboration ⚙️ Responsibilities: ✔️ Develop high-quality mobile applications using Flutter ✔️ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, develop, and deploy new features ✔️ Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code ✔️ Troubleshoot & debug issues to optimize app performance ✔️ Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices are followed ✔️ Stay updated with the latest Flutter trends & advancements 🎯 Why Join Backbencher Studio?
