This series was recently discontinued by Ashley Furniture and we picked up the last few they had left in the warehouse for a REALLY good price. The heavy-duty fabric looks like leather but is actually a "faux leather" material made from 82% polyester and 18% polyurethane which makes it highly water and stain resistant and very easy to clean. I noticed that some other retailers were advertising these chairs as leather, but they're not real leather - just a very nice heavy fabric material. See the last 2 pics in this listing for a large sofa and ottoman in this exact same fabric if you'd like some pieces to go with these chairs to make a more complete living room set. The style design of the sofa and ottomans is slightly different as they were from a different grouping, but the fabric is the same and they would go well together. We have just one of the sofa and two of the ottomans, also purchased on a great closeout deal, so those won't last long.
