Blooming with the rhythm of nature, our feet rooting into the earth, and our hearts opening up to the sun. At 3:01am on March 20, Moab enters the Spring Equinox. Join us on the evening of March 19, to connect to this fresh energy. What longs to be re-awakened, and what calls to be born through you? We will begin with an offering of cacao, dropping into a collective activation and intent. Please bring a cup or mug. Jason will DJ an ecstatic dance journey, bringing us through a range of sounds and rhythms, exploring energy and building connection. Finishing the dance, Rachel will guide us through a soundscape comprised of instruments like quartz crystal and Vedic metal singing bowls, gong, and chimes. Please bring a mat, pillows, blanket, or whatever you will need to be comfortable laying down for the experience. This is an event of COMMUNITY, open to all that feel called to join. We are creating a SHARED AND AGREED UPON CONTAINER, and ask that you please come with the following guidelines at heart: RESPECT: Allow yourself and others to have the freedom of individual experience CONSENT: Listen for a yes, and respect a no. CLARITY: Free of intoxicants PRESENCE: No phone or recording. Please save verbal conversation for outside the dance building.
