Housekeeping Room Attendants and Manager Needed for a 4 stars aparthotel in Buea We are looking for experienced housekeeping attendants, supervisors or managers who can deliver on the up keeping of our serviced apartments' for our discerning clients. If you have worked in a hotel and have experience in housekeeping operations we will be delighted to have you in our team on a permanent basis. Job Description As a housekeeping attendant, supervisor or manager, you will play an important role in ensuring our guests' apartments and public areas are spotless, comfortable, and inviting. Some of your duties may include: • Driving quality & standards • Monitor progress and cleanliness at all times • Train new staff members • Improving quality control and service throughout the rooms • Implementing and making sure policies and procedures are adhered to at all times along with the team • Regular meetings with the General Manager and front desk to discuss strategies and resolving problems The Ideal candidate will be: • Able to communicate at all levels and give clear direction to the team • Being able to act upon different housekeeping issues and solving issues • Be able to give verbal and written communication at all times • Used to daily checks & hygiene and reinforcing standards and knowledge throughout the team members • Being proactive and being able to think on their feet • Used to dealing with different types of clienteles with customer service being the top priority The ideal candidate will have great organizational skills along with the passion and commitment in driving excellent service to the clientele and a proven track record in housekeeping.
