𝐈𝐟𝐮𝐠𝐚𝐨 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐎𝐚𝐭𝐡; 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐬, 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐎𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞𝐬, 𝐃𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 📚🔎✒️ Seventeen (17) new passers from Ifugao for the 2025 Undergraduate S&T Scholarship Program of the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) took their oath today, July 17, 2025, at the Ifugao State University (IFSU) Review Center. The ceremony was facilitated by the DOST-CAR Scholarship Unit, with Ms. Grangery Agtulao and Ms. Kassy Yana Pasiwen leading the proceedings, assisted by the staff of PSTO Ifugao. Dr. Nancy A. Bantog, Regional Director of DOST-CAR, delivered a virtual message, encouraging the scholars to view this opportunity as a step toward becoming part of the future science, technology, and innovation workforce. Engr. Don S. Ognayon, Officer-in-Charge of PSTO Ifugao, was represented by Scholarship Coordinator Ms. Agustina Upang, who gave the welcome remarks to the students and their parents. The event also included an orientation on the DOST-Science Education Institute’s Undergraduate Scholarship Program, covering its policies, guidelines, and other relevant matters. The program concluded with the students officially taking their oath as DOST scholars, marking their commitment to the scholarship and its responsibilities.
