⭐️ Job Vacancy - Level 3 Practitioner ⭐️ Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support to children. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young learners. Your ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues will be essential in fostering positive relationships within our nursery setting. Responsibilities Provide attentive and compassionate care to children aged 0-5 years, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their achievements and identifying areas for further development. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns. Collaborate with fellow practitioners to create a positive team environment, sharing ideas and best practices to enhance the nursery experience. Manage daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and play sessions, ensuring that each child's individual needs are met. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe nursery environment that promotes exploration and learning. Requirements A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education or Childcare is preferred. Previous experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is essential. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with children and parents. Ability to manage behaviour positively while promoting social skills among children. Leadership qualities that inspire confidence in both children and colleagues. A valid driving licence is advantageous for potential outings or activities outside the nursery setting. A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development through play-based learning experiences.
