What We Offer: ⭐ Starting pay of $20/hour during training only, with the potential to earn $30+/hour with tips and benefits ⭐ Base pay $21.50 - $24.00+ per hour (depending on experience) W-2 employee ⭐ Bonuses, paid vacation, and sick leave ⭐ 401(k) with up to 4% company match ⭐ Flexible schedules – great for parents or semi-retired folks! ⭐ Birthday & holiday bonuses What We’re Looking For: ✅ Kind, honest, energetic individuals who enjoy helping others ✅ Professional cleaning experience is preferred but not required (we’ll train you!) ✅ Reliable transportation (you must be able to get to job sites) ✅ Strong attention to detail & solid work ethic ✅ Dependable, punctual, and a team player ✅ Legally able to work in the U.S. ✅ Ability to lift 25 lbs, bend, kneel, and be on your feet ✅ Basic English comprehension to follow instructions & communicate Job Duties: • Clean homes and businesses according to Way Finder’s high standards • Work both independently and as part of a team • Use our easy mobile app to track schedules and job progress • Assist with tasks like making beds, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces • Communicate with management if anything needs attention • Drive to job sites (all jobs are in Estes Park, CO) • 12-month commitment required Why Work With Us?
