WE’RE HIRING! We’re looking for an outgoing and self-motivated person to join our @mountainlittles / @hijinxtoyshop / @snugglebugbabygear fam to help with all day-to-day aspects of the store. This position is a 3-4 days/week (must be available weekends) permanent position. Musts: - Friendly and non-judgmental approach to providing amazing customer care - Contribute to an inclusive and safe space - Proactive, common-sense problem solving and great listening - Parenting experience with preference for product knowledge and familiarity with the brands we carry. We strive to provide a personal customer service experience building relationships based on trust and connection - Comfortable with technology including POS, inventory systems and websites - An eye for merchandising and creating beautiful displays - Social media savvy (IG, Tik Tok, Facebook) Bonus: - Love to stay on top of trends - Your tech experience includes Shopify, Canva, Microsoft Office and Google Suite - Have your own littles that can help demo or model products (and be comfortable posting to our social) - Be available for occasional increased hours (ie holidays and summer) What your days could look like: - Helping the best customers and the cutest babies + kids - Merchandising and light cleaning to make the shop look pretty - Creating and posting content on social media accounts - Receiving and organizing inventory (able to lift 50 lbs) - Opening and closing the store including cash reconciliation Competitive hourly compensation, $500 annual health spending account (for permanent positions 3+ days/week) and amazing discounts Email resume AND cover letter to kim@mountainlittles.com and feel free to ask any questions if you have them.
