𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐞: - Strong team collaboration and a commitment to excellence. - Solid understanding of architectural drawings. - Proficiency in 3D modeling tools like 𝐒𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐔𝐩 (bonus: experience with 𝟑𝐝𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐱). - Good design & drafting capabilities in 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐂𝐀𝐃. - Expertise in rendering tools such as 𝐋𝐮𝐦𝐢𝐨𝐧 or 𝐃𝟓 𝐑𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 (extra points for Vray or Corona Render skills). - A strong portfolio showcasing your design capabilities, with an extra preference for exceptional 3D modeling skills.
