𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐓𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐞: Architect – Interior Planning & Design 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐓𝐲𝐩𝐞: Full-Time 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: ✅ Design & Concept Development – Create innovative interior layouts, architectural plans, and 3D visualizations aligned with luxury aesthetics. ✅ Architectural & Interior Drawings – Develop detailed working drawings, furniture layouts, and material specifications for flawless execution. ✅ Project Coordination – Work closely with engineers, contractors, and vendors to maintain design integrity during execution. ✅ Material & Finish Selection – Curate high-end materials, textures, and finishes that define luxury interiors. ✅ Client Consultation & Presentations – Lead client meetings, virtual consultations, and design presentations to ensure client visions are flawlessly executed. ✅ Regulatory Compliance – Ensure designs comply with the Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC) and industry best practices.
