Reiki. My first true love of the healing world. Reiki had this unexplainable ability to melt away any stress, tense and uncomfortable emotions I held inside. It gave my overthinking mind a moment of calm. It made me feel lighter, happier and hopeful. A complete energetic reset. Reiki was the first healing technique I tried, as it was a way of releasing the tension inside of me without having to talk or do anything too deep. It was also a great way to just allow myself to relax and clear and cleanse away energy I have picked up from others during my day to day life. I still always make sure that I have a reiki cleanse monthly to make sure my energy is sparkly and clear ✨🥰 In 2019 Reiki became one of the first healing modalities I became a master of.
