After our car accident, my vision got so bad I could barely make out road signs, and my wife’s night blindness made it nearly impossible for her to drive after dark. I’d wake up with dry, burning eyes and constant pressure behind them. Everything looked blurry, like I was staring through fog. My wife would get disoriented walking from room to room unless all the lights were on. Even reading labels or cooking beame frustrating for her. I would lie awake at night wondering if either one of us would be able to see clearly again. At this point I just wanted to be able to spend good time with my three beautiful nephews without squinting and getting light headed. There's nothing more we can do...we tried everything. Then one day, while waiting in the checkout lines at the supermarket, I overheard a man chatting about how his vision had gotten better. His voice sounded so familiar, and when he turned around...to my surprise it was my buddy, Thomas! He looked so different (Oh My God!). As we got caught up on life in general, I made a decision to ask him if he was wearing contacts or had laser surgery. He told me about a special method he does every morning that he likes to call his easy ‘12 second eye ritual’. In the beginning, I thought to myself that “nothing could be this simple”, however, in the end after my wife and I discussed it, we felt that it wouldn’t hurt to give it a try. Now, we’re both getting compliments from our eye doctor, and I can drive at night without second guessing every turn. I really do have to give many thanks to Thomas.
