We have also granted the opportunity for Customers to bring their OWN PARTS! Yes, you read that correctly! We are disrupting the system of things, changing the game and welcome folks that want to save money on retail parts. This however comes with a % raise in labor to help offset shop expenses so we can still keep our doors open and provide these services. Of course this voids any part or labor warranty but that choice is totally yours to make! This service is subject to change as it is a "TESTING" phase. Another service we are implementing is a "Pressing Matters" service. If your vehicle needs a repair but is subject to a waiting period and you need your car "like Yesterday" with a simple signature of agreement and a significant labor increase, we will move you to the top of the list and go above and beyond to get you going ASAP. This means if your vehicle needs a specific part and that part is 300 miles away.....we are immediately driving 300 miles and back to retrieve that piece so that you can be back on the road FAST, weekends included!
