Junior High Fall Ball Most Common FAQ's 🏐How does registration work? A: You'll register your athlete for their school grade group for an evaluation on 8/30. From that eval, you'll know which team your athlete is on and then you will register for the full league separately. 🏐What level of play is this? A: This program is designed for Junior High athletes - we will all be competing against each other only in-house! No matter what, we will challenge each athlete at the level they are at! Each coach has 8 athletes to help grow effectively! Spring club is the more competitive environment - but that doesn't mean that your athlete won't grow focusing on the fundamentals here! We will go over ALL the fundamental movements of volleyball - and everyone can improve something. 🏐Can my athlete play school basketball and participate in Flight Fall Ball? A: Depends on your kiddo! The practices will likely be later than school practice and they CAN attend both - but you'll have to determine if that's best for your athlete! This program is perfect for our softball kids who want to prioritize softball in the spring over spring club! (Flight ❤'s multisport athletes!!!) 🏐What if we can't make the evaluation day? A: Register for one of the open gyms and email Coach Aimee (In Bio also). We'll get your athlete evaluated the same way tryouts will be, and then we'll place them on a team on 8/30 and notify you by email! 🏐Is this girls only or co-ed? A: At this time, it is girls only because I'm holding out hope that we're going to form a Junior High Boys Club Team simultaneously!!! If for any reason, we can't fill a whole boys' team - we will allow the boys to play in this league and we'll place them wherever is developmentally appropriate.
