NOTICE: Illegal Operations at Jannat Valley This is to inform the public at large, and particularly those engaging with Jannat Valley Farm, located at Surajkund-Bhadkal Road, Opposite Manav Rachna International University, Faridabad, about the legal status of the property. Jannat Valley Farm and all its assets currently are the legal property of WeddingPark Hospitalities Pvt. Ltd. The following individuals are NOT legally authorized to operate or conduct any business activities on this property, including but not limited to bookings for weddings or events: Ankit Jain, (Jain Caterers) Ankur Jain Shubham Garg Dimple Singh and others. Their ongoing actions, including making bookings and utilizing the property’s assets, are in direct violation of High Court orders. Key High Court Orders: 1. Dated 02.08.2024: The lease of WeddingPark (petitioner) stands continued, Termination of lease is not acceptable, blocking of access of the Petitioner and forceful posession is termed illegal. Prohibits the creation of third-party rights on the property and the assets. Status Quo is ordered. 2. Dated 06.12.2024: Confirms and clarifies the 02.08.2024 order and the interpretation of Status quo. Explicitly finding that using the premises for bookings or events violates the court’s directives. 3. Dated 10.12.2024: Orders an immediate STOP on fresh bookings and directs to comply with the order dated 02.08.2024. In addition, the individuals named above are currently facing Contempt of Court proceedings for their non-compliance with these directives. Public Advisory: Vendors, clients, and the general public are strongly cautioned against engaging in any dealings or transactions involving Jannat Valley Farm.
