We are growing and aggressively hiring!! We do: Landscaping Hardscaping Painting Pressure washing Deck repair and staining Remodeling ... and much more. Entry level workers start out at no less than $16/hour and are eligible for raises and/or promotions (performance based) every 90 days thereafter. While experience is helpful, it’s not mandatory. We have no problem training folks. We value people who have a good work ethic, are coachable, and who work well as a team. Also, all employees can be promoted as quickly as their performance allows- we LOVE to reward outstanding performers. We are a QUICKLY and steadily growing company that stays busy all year round with 40+ hr/week positions. Pay is weekly. Employees are evaluated and given opportunities for raises and advancements every 90 days (in some cases even sooner) based on their performance, attitude, work ethic, and overall contribution to the business.
