Unlike traditional meditation or dance, Inner Dance is not structured; instead, it invites a surrender to the body’s natural impulses and the mind’s inner rhythms, guided by sound, by laying down and letting go. One principle of Inner Dance is allowing. By surrendering to the interplay of sound interference , the participant permits their current state of consciousness to be gently disrupted, making room for more coherent and efficient patterns of thought and perception to emerge.
