It's a magical feeling to be in our garden, under the Bougainvillea, connecting with like-minded souls as you paint the morning away. All that matters is the brush in your hand, the palette of colours you choose and the choice of canvas before you. This state is often called "flow" and it's when you heart and mind are in sync and you're moving into a space of focused, pure joy. So much so, that the next thing you know it's 1pm and you don't want to leave yet...
