We’re looking for enthusiastic and ambitious Sales Executives to join our high-performance team and help us scale to the next level. Role Overview: As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for handling incoming leads, following up with prospects, conducting sales calls, closing deals, and maintaining client relationships. You’ll play a key role in helping business owners understand the value of our website design services and converting leads into paying clients. Key Responsibilities: Handle 20–30 qualified leads per day through WhatsApp, CRM, and phone calls. Follow up with interested and warm leads consistently until conversion. Conduct consultative sales calls to understand client needs and pitch appropriate services. Convert leads into confirmed orders for website development. Maintain accurate records of leads, call outcomes, follow-ups, and deal status in CRM. Send proposals, contracts, and payment links to potential clients. Coordinate with the design & delivery team after sales handover. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets. Provide daily updates and reports to the Sales Manager. Required Skills & Qualifications: 6–2 years of sales experience (freshers with good communication skills are welcome) Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, or Telugu Strong negotiation and closing skills Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and CRM software High ownership, consistency, and follow-up skills Basic understanding of websites and digital services is a plus Benefits: Fixed salary + attractive performance-based incentives Training and guidance on pitch, follow-ups, and product knowledge Opportunity to grow into a Senior Sales Executive or Sales Manager role Young, growth-oriented team culture ⚡ High Preference for Candidates Who Have Closed Digital Marketing or Website Deals
