The Professional Integration HUB is a paid internship program designed for Ukrainian women professionals residing in Austria due to russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine. The program offers hands-on experience in leading Austrian institutions and organizations. Its mission is to support the integration of Ukrainian professionals into the Austrian work environment while equipping them with experience, networks, and insights that may contribute to the future recovery of Ukraine. What the program offers: ✅ a 3-month internship at a top Austrian institution or organization (01/09/25-30/11/25) ✅ a monthly stipend of up to €1200 (based on a 40-hour work week); ✅ a series of study visits; ✅ webinars, workshops, and networking events with fellow participants; ✅ a German-speaking club focused on professional communication; ✅ valuable new connections in your professional field; ✅ by applying, you automatically become a member of YOU!Community – the network of Ukrainian women professionals in Austria Our ideal participant is: ✅ a Ukrainian professional who relocated to Austria after the full-scale invasion; ✅ holds a university degree and has at least 3 years of relevant work experience; ✅ has a resident permit and free access to the Austrian labor market; ✅ has excellent command of English and at least B1 level of German; ✅ demonstrates an active civic stance and motivation to contribute.
