Position Summary As a member of the ENTEC Client Care Team, you will provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers. You will work closely with vendors and other members of the Client Care Team to purchase and ensure timely receipt of materials for scheduled and emergency jobs. This role is in-person office-based work, and typical work hours are Monday-Friday, 7 am to 4 pm, but may vary in order to satisfy customer needs. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Prepare purchase orders and ensure material is ordered and received in a timely manner for all work related to mechanical service Effectively communicate with technicians and other members of the Client Care Team regarding material availability, location, and readiness Perform organizing tasks in our warehouse, such as arranging materials Reconcile credit card purchases made by field technicians Complete the booking process for Technical Support Programs Receive customer calls and dispatch technicians when primary dispatchers are unavailable Qualifications and Capabilities Required: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in verbal and written communication Ability to work well in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, as well as to perform work independently Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Preferred: Experience with Salesforce software Experience with procurement, dispatching, or logistics Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 25 pounds regularly Ability to kneel, squat, twist, bend, and reach as needed Ability to regularly stand, sit, talk, hear, and operate phones and computers Anticipated Salary Range and Employee Benefits $24 - $28 per hour, depending on level of experience Wide range of employee benefits including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, 401(k), flexible spending accounts, and paid time off About ENTEC Services ENTEC Services, Inc. fields a best-in-class team of engineers, mechanical service technicians, building automation experts, and sales and administrative professionals whose unique interaction and collaboration get to the root cause of the issues building owners face.
