Mark your calender! BSC will be hosting our next free trial month in May. If you've never been to BSC and would like to get in the best shape of your life, now's the time to stop in. Any fitness level is welcome. We'll teach you everything you need to know. All class times are open (check the schedule on our Facebook page or in the discussion part of the event). Each class is 1 hour and led by an instructor. Together we go through the warm up, the strength & a workout. Movements will be tailored to your ability level, but still challenging and effective.
