Snehal Bhoola, M.D., joined City of Hope Phoenix in November 2023, bringing with him two decades of experience as a gynecologic oncologist. He primarily sees patients at our Gilbert location, where he treats ovarian, cervical, uterine, vulvar, endometrial and other gynecologic malignancies. Board certified in gynecologic oncology as well as obstetrics and gynecology, he has also been included on @phxmagazine's list of Top Docs 12 times and counting. Dr. Bhoola joined City of Hope in large part because of our reputation for compassionate, patient-centered care and innovative clinical trials. He makes it a priority to partner with patients to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their needs, goals, priorities and psychosocial well-being. “Cancer treatment is not just about the physical body,” he says. “The journey we go through together includes finding peace.” Dr. Bhoola is a fellow of the @acog_org, a full member of the Society of Gynecologic Oncology and an associate fellow of the American College of Surgeons. As a physician-researcher, he has published peer-reviewed studies covering a number of topics, including innovative treatments for ovarian cancer. Outside of City of Hope, Dr. Bhoola loves spending time with his wife, who is also a doctor, and their daughter. He enjoys cooking, baking, traveling and playing tennis.
