Faith Is Not Blind — Post 3.8: The Prophetic Picture Comes Into Focus 🔎 Let’s step back for a moment. Look at what you’ve just seen — piece by piece — layer by layer: 🔎 600 years before Jesus: Daniel predicted the rise and fall of Babylon, Persia, Greece, Rome, and the divided kingdoms of modern Europe — perfectly matching the sweep of world history (Daniel 2). Daniel pinpointed the exact century when Messiah would arrive, be “cut off” (killed), and ultimately confirm a covenant that would change the world (Daniel 9). 🔎 150 years before Cyrus was born: Isaiah named him directly — “Cyrus My anointed one” — and described exactly how he would conquer Babylon and release the Jews (Isaiah 44–45). The odds?Mathematically impossible by human guesswork.But exactly as God foretold. 🔎 700 years before Jesus: Isaiah described the suffering, rejection, and sacrifice of Messiah (Isaiah 53) — so specific it reads like a crucifixion eyewitness report.
