This unique service takes place annually on the Sunday closest to Willie Nelson's birthday, this year on Sunday, April 27th, at 10:30 a.m. at the historic Round Top Dance Hall (550 North Washington in Round Top). This inspiring service features musicians Crispin Schroeder, Joey McGee, Chapman Welch, Ellen Melissa Story, Stephen Mansolo, Bobby McDonald and Rob Kazenel, with a spoken word from priest and author William "Father Bill" Miller. This Mass celebrates songs Willie wrote or recorded including Sing to me of Willie (Edie Brickell), Too Sick to Pray, Lord, Nothing I Can Do About it Now, Come on Back Jesus, Laying My Burdens Down, Hands on the Wheel, Oh What a Beautiful World (Rodney Crowell), Angel Flying Close to the Ground, A Song for You, I'd Rather Have Jesus, My Own Peculiar Way, Farther Along, Sweet By and By, Uncloudy Day, and On the Road Again.
