📢 Check out our June line up! 👀 We've got a great month of releases ahead, so let's take a look at what's in store! We do some loose themes with our monthly sourcing and the theme for this month is highlighting different ultralight roasts 👀 First up, We've got an early release of some exciting coffees from TPC. This is a particularly exciting release, because we will be able to get a larger order than normal. Our drops of his coffee usually sell out in just a few minutes, so we're thrilled to be offering a larger quantity for this release! While this release is bigger than normal, it will likely sell out quickly! We'll be opening it to subscribers early! Next up, we have a release of 2 different Chinese roasters: Big Sur and Gout. This is to complement our sub release from Moby Dick by featuring some other excellent Chinese roasters. We've been working with gout for a while now, and they are consistently one of our favorites. Big sur is newer for us, but was one of my favorite releases (and plenty of other people would agree!) that I've ever done. Very excited To be featuring both of them side by side! The next release is our sub release. For our July Drop, we'll be bringing on Moby Dick from Shanghai. Been very interested in working with them for a while now, and am thrilled that we are working together. They're another light roaster from China. Not quite as light as Big Sur, but still in that ultralight territory. Yet another great example of the Chinese coffee scene 🙌 Last up we have an interesting double release of Substance and Dak. They're not similar or linked in any meaningful way lol. Substance is definitely on theme for this month. They're one of the more well known ultralight roasters, and inspired a lot of other roasters I've worked with. Dak is a popular roaster from the Netherlands. The roast profile is a bit more developed and their sourcing is on the more experimental side. I think they'll be a fun contrast to one another and they'll both be of interest to different sides of my customer base.
