PGCC Homeowners! Our monthly report is out and is giving us a great forecast of what's to come in the New Year! With no closings at all in November combined with another drop in low price per square in December we are seeing the variables between updated and original homes continue to spread. We did see a nice closing at $466 a square in December, brought to you by Rick Rapp and in a quick fashion. The other closings however came in very low to market average, as seen on chart. We MUST protect our values and understand the market when we list. PGCC is an amazing community and offers what NO OTHER Parkland community offers, the more we devalue that the more we all give our equity away. If and when selling, be sure to list with an agent that pushes value to the max, as well as cares to do so.
