On August 14 we have an entertaining evening of food vendors, market, beer & wine garden, and live music at The Night Market in Gyro Park. From 5 pm to 8:30 pm there’s lots to do with great live music from The Latin Lovers and the soulful and dynamic, Bella Cat. Plus 3 short performances by contemporary dance collective, The Lofty Goal Project, and a demonstration by Snehaamrtham, an Indian-based dance initiative. So, bring a lawn chair and don't forget to bring plenty of water. Need to cool off? The music is right by the water park and the river! Admission is by donation - $3 minimum suggested. Shows are moved indoors if the weather is not cooperative. Check our Facebook page by 2:00 pm on Thursdays for the exact location.
