"I started Pilates as a way to rehabilitate my injured body, as I needed a sustainable exercise system that is safe and efficient, where I could progress my fitness into the future. My first Pilates teacher Collin Low had suggested that I train to become a Pilates teacher. I started my first certification in 2019 with the Core Dynamics program and began apprenticing at The Pilates Works. In 2022, I embarked on a life-changing Pilates experience when I took my second certification with Master Teacher Pat Guyton, and started applying her method through powerful imagery and Digestible Anatomy.
