We are expanding our sales team and seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Female Sales Executive to join us. Job Description: We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Female Sales Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in telecalling and real estate sales. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to convert leads into bookings through follow-ups and client handling. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients, providing project details and addressing queries. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and walk-ins. Arrange and coordinate site visits with clients and provide project presentations. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals. Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance. Maintain proper records of customer interactions and lead status in CRM systems. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or sales, preferably in the real estate sector. Good knowledge of residential property sales in South Kolkata. Strong verbal communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English. Ability to handle client queries professionally and close sales confidently. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools or Excel. Preferred Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Experience working with a real estate developer or broker firm. Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
