עברית בהמשך Biotechnology students at Derech Avot Yeshiva High School visited the Gush Etzion Winery for an up-close look at the science behind winemaking. This hands-on field trip offered a true “taste” 🍷 of Ohr Torah Stone’s values—experiential, innovative learning that blends tradition and modernity in the Land of Israel. The tour, led by winemaker Tzion Hajaj, included an explanation of the fermentation and distillation processes, along with a visit to the distillery and laboratory. May the light of learning continue to shine even in difficult days. תלמידי מגמת ביוטכנולוגיה בתיכון התורני 'אור תורה דרך אבות' באפרת ביקרו ביקב גוש עציון, ולמדו מקרוב על המדע שמאחורי תהליך ייצור היין. הסיור החווייתי העניק לתלמידים "טעימה" 🍷 מערכי הרשת – למידה חדשנית ומשמעותית המשלבת מסורת, מדע וארץ ישראל. הסיור הועבר על ידי ציון חג'ג', היינן של היקב, וכלל הסבר על תהליך התסיסה והצצה למזקקה ולמעבדה. בימים של שמחה וגם של כאב – נמשיך להפיץ אור של לימוד, חיים וחיבור.
