Origin Church is hosting a Back-to-School Health Fair on Sun, July 13th from 10 am to 2 pm at 6073 Summit Blvd., W. Palm Beach, FL and we’d love for you and your family to join us. This free, community-focused event is designed to support families with essential health services and resources as the new school year approaches. Many of the services provided are ones families often struggle to access, especially without insurance. Services available at no cost include: - Kids immunizations* (while supplies last – register by July 9th) - School physicals - Dental and vision screenings - Blood pressure and blood sugar checks - Cholesterol screenings - Prenatal and infant education - Diabetes and nutrition education - HIV/STD testing (strictly confidential) Plus, we’ll be giving away backpacks filled with school supplies* to help students start the school year confident and prepared.
