If you have a caring attitude, a desire to support individuals in their daily lives, and the capacity for an immediate start in the Moreton Bay area, we’d love to hear from you!!! ➡️ To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a Certificate III qualification/ equivalent or actively working towards, current First Aid and CPR, Blue card, Yellow card, a valid driver's license and a commitment and ability to provide high-quality care and assistance. Key Responsibilities: ✅️ Assist with daily living activities and personal care ✅️ Provide person-centered care and support ✅️ Encourage and promote independence ✅️ Social support ✅️ Maintain accurate records and reports ✅️ Travel to different locations as required Ideal Qualities: 🩵 Certificate III Individual support or working towards 🩷 NDIS Worker Orientation 🩵 Current First Aid and CPR 🩷 Compassionate and warm personality 🩵 Experience with assistance with personal care 🩷 Reliable with the ability to work weekend day shifts 🩵 Strong communication skills 🩷 Ability to work independently and as part of a team 🩵 Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle At BASIA, we believe in providing holistic, In-Home care for the Special Needs, Veterans and the Aged Community.
