Job Vacancy: Head Therapist Location: Surulere, Lagos Employment Type: Full-Time Gender: Female for gender balance We are seeking an experienced Head Therapist to join our progressive TEAM. The ideal candidate will provide a range of therapeutic treatments to clients, including massages, facials, manicure, pedicure and body treatments, supervise junior spa therapists and Pedicurists. This role requires a deep knowledge of spa therapies, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a relaxing and rejuvenating environment for clients. *Key Responsibilities:* • Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body wraps, and scrubs. • Assess clients’ needs and recommend appropriate treatments. • Maintain a clean and organized treatment room. •Ensure all equipment and products are properly sanitized and ready for use. • Provide personalized service to each client, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. • Stay up-to-date with the latest spa treatments and techniques. • Work closely with Client Service Executives to manage appointment schedules and ensure treatments are delivered on time. • Promote spa services and products to clients. • Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints professionally. • Oversee inventory management and ordering of spa supplies. *Requirements:* • B.Sc/HND in any field. • Minimum of 3 years Proven experience as a Senior Spa Therapist in a reputable Spa or wellness center. • Strong knowledge of various spa treatments and techniques. • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Ability to create a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere for clients. • Professional appearance and demeanor.
