They all bubble but it takes a while for some of them to go. Some bubble a lot some bubble lightly. Measures approximately 8" high and 19" wide. Good Condition previously owned and displayed, no visible damage. Some light wear and discoloration. This will be shipped with each bulb wrapped separately removed from the light base.
