Responsibilities: As a Sales Representative, your primary duty will be to handle all customer interactions efficiently and effectively. You will be the first point of contact for customers who reach out through our Helpline call and WhatsApp channels. Your responsibilities will include: Responding promptly to customer inquiries and providing accurate information about our products and services. Understanding customer needs and tailoring solutions to meet their requirements. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Achieving sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills. Keeping abreast of product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to customers. Compensation: Basic Salary + Commission Total Salary Range: PKR 20,000 to 100,000 (depending on experience and performance) Requirements: Proven experience in sales or customer service roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Basic knowledge of IT products and services is a plus.
