Summer Solstice Gong Bath 🌞 On the longest day of the year, we come together to celebrate the light within and without. Now is the time to nourish the seeds planted, ideas considered and actions began. We transition from a space of action to nourishment and surrender to the process. Join us and share in the powerful healing energy of this guided meditation and sound healing experience. We encourage comfortable clothes you can stretch and relax in.​ While some props will be provided, please feel free to bring blankets, pillows, and anything else that helps you feel cozy and relaxed! There is no pre-registration required for this event. We do recommend arriving a little early to park and settle into the space. $30 at the door
