As we transform the world’s finest medieval guild hall into Yorkshire’s swankiest party, we are inviting you to a night like no other. AN UNFORGETTABLE EVENING 7pm - Arrive to a roaring open fire and enjoy a glass of sparkling wine as you move through to the undercroft for the pre dinner reception and entertainment. 8pm – We will head upstairs to take our seats at the banqueting table in the majestic candle lit Great Hall for a wonderful 3 course feast. 9.45pm – Get ready to party, our band will be warming up. Stay chatting with friends at the dining table or move downstairs for a tipple. 10pm - The band kicks off in grand style and our Love Cheese all night grazing table opens. 11.45pm – As we approach Midnight, prepare for our Master of Ceremonies and band to count us down to 12 o’clock. Midnight – Say cheers to 2025 with a rousing rendition of 'auld lang syne' as we start the final musical set of the night! 1am – The evening will draw to a close. Complete with your own butler, this offers an unparalleled luxury experience. To secure this exceptional space a non refundable deposit must be made. We will then liaise with you to create your perfect evening. Our Delectable Menu Smoked salmon and prawn roulade with dill oil and lemon crème fraîche. OR Smoked Aubergine and mediterranean vegetable roulade with dill oil , sourdough crisp and crème fraîche. (v) Main Course Blackened sirloin of beef with pressed potato, charred leek, horseradish and celeriac puree, truffle and red wine jus. OR Blackened leeks with crispy onions, artichoke puree and truffle hollandaise. (v) Pudding Chocolate Delice, with girrotine cherries, honeycomb tuile. Cheese Course Our Love Cheese grazing table. A selection of 5 cheeses, crackers, breads and fruits. A full bar will be available on the night and table wine can be preordered in the weeks leading up to the event.
