Join A New You for a transformative Healing Through Forgiveness group program, utilising the powerful Forgive to Live material. After a successful Nedley Depression and Anxiety Recovery program that we ran in the second half of 2024 we recognise that forgiveness is a big need. This supportive space is designed for those seeking to improve their mental health by releasing the burden of resentment and embracing emotional freedom. Through videos, guided discussions, reflective exercises, and practical strategies, we’ll explore the myths around forgiveness, the power of forgiveness in discovering peace, healthier relationships, and a renewed sense of purpose. Whether you’re struggling with past hurts or simply want to live with a lighter heart, this group offers a path toward healing and personal growth.
