The 14th Annual Health, Wellness & Lifestyle Expo, presented with special thanks to Stamford Health as the Exclusive Healthcare Partner, is set to return to Harbor Point on Saturday, September 6, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. This premier event, the largest of its kind in Connecticut, will once again transform Stamford’s scenic waterfront into a hub of health, fitness, and community engagement.
