Aran’s expert delivery team is seeking new partnerships with housing providers to join us in the next phase of the Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund (WH:SHF) journey. With £1.25 billion confirmed for 2025 - 2028, this funding will support social housing providers in reaching Net Zero targets by funding key retrofit measures such as loft insulation, external wall insulation, and clean heat solutions for both on-gas and off-gas homes. Our in-house WH:SHF delivery team helps clients navigate their Net Zero journey - from developing a client-centric bid and managing the PAS process to final reporting. This £1.29 billion investment will improve the energy efficiency of over 1.2 million social homes currently below EPC Band C. Aran has successfully delivered SHDF projects throughout Waves 2.1 and 2.2, becoming a trusted partner in large-scale retrofit projects. We’ve worked closely with social housing providers to install: ✅Solar PV ✅Cavity wall, internal, and external insulation ✅Air source heat pumps (ASHPs) and heating upgrades With this latest funding, Aran is ready to support even more social housing providers in delivering cost-effective, energy-efficient upgrades, making homes warmer and more affordable to run.
