Winter Solstice Sound Healing Meditation

The Winter Solstice signifies the returning of the sun. As the shortest day of the year, the Winter Solstice marks the gradual process of the days getting longer once more. Join us for an hour of peace, serenity, and relaxation as we welcome the sun's gentle return during a sound healing meditation at Music 151. During the meditation, you are invited to relax in savasana pose, the final resting pose of yoga. Please bring your own items with you to ensure your comfort including a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, or towel.
