April 18th, come enjoy a relaxing breath and sound bath meditation as we journey into the heart space and connect to your own inner healing light! Bringing awareness to your heart space can open you up to the deeper healing light that is already inside of you. The more you become aware of your heart throughout your life, the more your inner light will emerge to guide you, heal you, and reflect your inner light into the world around you. Throughout this meditation, you will be led through heart opening breathing and visualization exercises and then we will journey through the healing vibrations of singing bowls, shamanic drumming, chimes, and other instruments. $25 per person. Please follow the link provided in the event to purchase tickets. Mats are provided, but feel free to bring your own blankets or pillows as well if you would like.
