🌚 NEW MOON Sound Bath in honor of the Divine Mother. The darkness of a new moon is a time for reflecting and exploring the unseen. Often thought of as a feminine moon phase, its spiritual meaning is a call for presence. In being fully present you can explore your deepest desires and heartfelt wishes that sometimes get lost in the flurry of so much doing. 🏝️Join me on Sullivans for a restorative session of gentle breath and sacred sound. 💰 Energy exchange: $20 - online sign up ‼️ Important: Please arrive 20 minutes prior to program start. Plan to be comfortable on the sand! Bring blankets, yoga mat(s) or a low backed beach chair and a drink in a refillable bottle. 🌸 Let’s make this a special occasion in alignment with the healing medicine of the ocean, moon, stars, sunset and crystal sounds! 🌸 During this unique sound experience, the practice of listening in conscious stillness quietly holds space for us to be in concert with pure tones and resonant frequencies. 🌸 To raise our vibrational frequency is an art available to anyone.. It is Universal! There is no experience, knowledge of yoga or meditation necessary at all. Enjoy the space where listening resides, in a sound body and sound mind.
