Complete grow room equipment - $1.00 Please read entire ad before inquiring, thank you. Be your own boss, set your own schedule, start a business with something you know and love. Selling what appears to be a complete, indoor grow operation’s equipment, everything you need and everything must go. For now, prefer a single buyer to purchase it all. The bulk pricing should allow you to resell, over time, all or some of the equipment at a profit if you choose, but I want it all gone, all at once, quickly. So, for now, it’s all or nothing, sorry. This equipment was purchased new and was used about 7-8 months. This equipment was in one of my rental properties, and the tenants have been evicted, the equipment is now mine to dispose of to help cover damages caused by the tenants to the home, but the grow operation that was in the barn was undamaged and everything appears to be in good working order. I have done a lot of research on line and the equipment appears to be commercial grade, high quality, and top of the line and less than a year old of use. I am not an expert in this type of equipment, only what I have researched on line. The equipment is as follows: 1. 20, grow lights, Grower’s choice, Model# ROI-E720, 800 watts. New on line these run around $750, and good used about $500. Master controller-Trolmaster hydro X w/sensors, new $375. 2. 3, 6-way plug in for these lights, 240 volts, if you buy it all, will through these in. 3. 2, dehumidifiers, Quest, 225 pints, new on line for around $3700, used less than $2000. 4. 1, humidifier, Ideal air, model# 701601, new around $1900, and used $1200 5. 1, harvester, Elite trimming machine, centurion pro 1HP, new $4500, used $2500. 6. 12, 4’ x 8’ x 6” flood tables on stands, Botanicare, new $210 and no stand, used with stand around $150. 7. 12, 4’ x 4’ x 12” reservoirs (these were under the flood tables), holds 75 gallons, $200 new, $120 used. 8. 16, wall mounted 16” hurricane fans oscillating, new $70 Amazon, used $20. I possibly may keep these for my barn shop. 9. 1, CO2 enrichment device, Titan 10 burner, new $500, used $250. 10. 12, sets of pumps hoses for the reservoirs to flood tables, buy it all and we will through these in. 11. Several gallons of fertilizers and stuff, buy it all, we’ll just through it in as well. This is probably worth a few hundred dollars by itself. 12. 1, very large air filtration system, 5’ tall filter (never used) with a 12” Hurricane inline duct fan new over $500. Please, Serious inquires only, no picking and choosing of the equipment, it’s all or nothing for now. Before coming out you will have to provide proof of funds. If purchased new, from my research, all this would be well over $30,000. Used individually everything would be on E-Bay almost $20,000. I have a good idea what this stuff is worth, I am accepting offers for the purchase of everything. So, you can buy it all and start your own grow operation or buy it and take your time to list it and sell the items individually for a profit.
