When I service a machine, I pay attention to detail. I ensure that every component is functioning at its best. Automatic thread cutters, needle threader, needle position, hook/needle timing, feed dog functions, stitch balance, bobbin tensioner health. I don't just add grease. I take the time to clean out compacted greasy lint and apply fresh grease. On my invoice, I document what I found and corrected. This is why I give a 1 year warranty on my work. I have confidence that machines I service will last. I support my customers in finding solutions when a healthy machine doesn't perform well due to unusual fabric and thread.
