Stage Prophets is thrilled to announce its largest production yet with the upcoming presentation of the multiple Tony, Oscar, and Emmy Award-winning musical The Wizard of Oz. Based on L. Frank Baum's original book of the same title, the show tells the story of Dorothy's journey through the magical Land of Oz. This timeless tale has captivated audiences for decades, offering valuable life lessons and most importantly fun for the whole family. The show runs from June 6th until the 8th at the 1600-seat Andrew H. McCain Arena in Wolfville. This family-friendly musical theatre adaptation brings to the stage some of the most iconic songs (the Oscar-winning “Somewhere Over the Rainbow,”) and dialogue (“there’s no place like home,”) ever performed on the stage. This production promises to captivate audiences with its enchanting story, memorable characters, spectacular staging and special effects. AND MONKEYS WILL FLY!
