A warmly facilitated Women's Talking Circle that welcomes you to explore the complex experience of living whilst being surrounded and supported by Fellow Women Folk. A Soulace Women's Talking Circle is a contained and safe space where you can blend into a fresh community with other women and enjoy warm hearted connection through sharing and listening to the reflections of your own stories and those of others. In this world of busyness and bustle, wouldn't you like the opportunity to slow down your pace and find a pathway into your own awareness of self, and then eddy into connection with fellow women folk? If this is what you have been looking for... then you have found it. The Soulace Talking Circle is a guided space with discussions and activities designed to help you become aware of different angles of life by sharing and listening amongst the warmth and support of other women. The sessions will be run in the group room at Bardon Counselling Centre at 151 Boundary Road, Bardon starting at 2pm sharp and conclude around 5pm. There will be herbal tea and light nibbles available and there is ample parking at the venue. ***These gatherings are held monthly and future circle dates are available to book through the ticket link if you cannot make this event*** Juliarna has been a Passionate facilitator of Women's growth and connection for many years and has been running regular outdoor and indoor yoga classes, Women's Retreats, Women's Circles and related workshops in The Gap since 2018. The focus is always around "exploring and awakening the inner self to enable a life lived to the fullest". She is influenced by lived experience, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness applications and Brene Brown's Daring Greatly and Rising Strong work as well as Yogic philosophies around Vinyasa theories of 'living fully whilst moving with the rhythm of life'. Juliarna is an ACA Level 1 accredited Counsellor, a practicing yoga instructor, and a Rites Of Passage Facilitator. She has completed training in Gestalt Therapy, Core Value Therapy, Brene Brown's "Rising Strong' program and SUP (Stand Up Paddle Board) Yoga Teacher Training. Each event to be booked separately and will cost $50 each with a bring a friend option for $80 for 2… and will include herbal tea, Kombucha and nibbles.
