Portugal - Welcome to a very special summer Yoga Retreat in 2025 especially for those who love immersing themselvesin expansive powerful practice & equally expansive natural waterways.This week the morning practice will be a 2 hour transformational mix of vinyasa style yoga & heart opening qigong including several crane forms. After breakfast every other day we will take a gourmet picnic to one of the breathtaking river beaches within a short drive of the retreat centre. On returning in the early evening we will indulge you in a slow restorative somatic yoga session before dinner. We welcome all levels of practice experience on all of our retreats. On Sunday, Tuesday & Thursday we will stay home where you can rest by the salt water pool with spectacular views during the day then take a yin yoga session focusing on kidney & heart meridians to keep bringing the water & keep the heart calm & cool.
